Marriott’s official UAE careers search covers roles in Dubai and Sharjah. The most important detail for applicants is that qualifications vary by job, so each description needs to be checked carefully.
The company also publishes clear information about accommodation, insurance, meals, leave and working hours. It does not publish one standard salary for all UAE roles.
Roles And Entry Requirements
Marriott recruits across administration, engineering, finance and accounting, food and beverage, housekeeping, human resources, information technology and guest services. The careers portal can be searched by keyword and location.
Requirements are not the same for every position. For example, a Guest Experience Expert listing at Renaissance Business Bay Hotel Dubai asks for a high school diploma or equivalent. That particular role does not require related work experience, supervisory experience or certification.
This example should not be treated as a general rule. Applicants should read the education, experience and language requirements shown on the individual job page.
How The Application Process Works
Start with the official careers search and choose the relevant UAE location. Open a job page, read its duties and requirements, then use the application button provided there.
The button transfers applicants to Marriott’s official Oracle recruitment system. Applications are handled online through that system.

| Health insurance | All UAE associates receive health insurance under their employment contract. |

| Leave | Associates receive 30 days of annual leave. Paid sick leave starts after the probationary period under Marriott’s stated policy. |
UAE associates also receive an end-of-service payment. Explore by Marriott Bonvoy discounts are available to associates worldwide.
Hours, Visas And Student Internships
Marriott states that its UAE full-time contracts currently cover 48 working hours per week. Flexible and remote work arrangements are not currently offered in the UAE.
Foreign nationals need a work permit and a security background check. Marriott says the permit is converted to a residence visa within the first month.
The Hotel Internship Program is for current college or university students and offers hands-on experience in different hotel areas. UAE internships are paid unless the individual listing says otherwise.
Recruitment should not cost you money. Marriott has a no-fees policy, so do not pay anyone who claims a payment is needed to secure a job.
