This Privacy Policy explains how GluJob.com collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit https://glujob.com/, contact us or use the comment feature. It does not cover information you submit directly to an employer or another external website.
Who we are
GluJob.com is an independent job-information publisher. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to enq@glujob.com.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting, content-delivery, security, analytics and similar service providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, date and time, approximate country or region, cookie or device identifiers, diagnostic data and security events.
We use this information to deliver pages, protect the website, detect abuse, diagnose errors, measure performance, understand general audience activity and improve content.
Comments
If you submit a comment, WordPress may process the name, email address, comment text, IP address, browser user-agent and submission time needed to display, moderate and protect the comment system. A legacy comment may also contain a website URL if that field was available when it was submitted.
- Your email address is used for administration and is not displayed publicly by the theme.
- Your chosen display name and approved comment text may be visible publicly.
- Comments may be checked by automated or manual spam-detection services.
- If you opt in to save comment details, WordPress may store your name and email in browser cookies for convenience on a later comment.
- If avatars or Gravatar are enabled, a privacy-preserving hash derived from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether an avatar exists.
Do not place a phone number, home address, CV, passport information, banking details or other sensitive data in a public comment. We may edit, reject or remove comments that contain personal data, spam, abuse, impersonation, unsafe links or unrelated material.
Information you provide directly
If you email us, we receive the sender address, message, subject and any information or attachments you choose to provide. Please do not send job applications or sensitive documents. GluJob does not process applications on behalf of employers.
Cookies and similar technologies
GluJob and its providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels or similar technologies for essential site functions, security, comment preferences, audience measurement and—when advertising is enabled—ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention and measurement.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or personal-data processing, a consent message or consent management platform should provide choices and a method to change or withdraw them.
Analytics
GluJob may use Google Analytics or similar tools to understand aggregated site usage. These services may process device, browser, approximate location, page-view and interaction information under their own terms. Analytics use may be limited according to consent choices and technical configuration.

How information may be shared
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, email, analytics, spam prevention, consent management and advertising. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the website, investigate fraud or respond to a valid legal request. We do not receive personal data that you submit on an employer’s external application website.
External websites
Job articles contain links to employer career sites and other external services. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators. Review the destination’s privacy notice before submitting personal information.
Retention and security
Server and security logs are retained according to operational and provider requirements. Contact messages are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, document the communication, protect the service or meet legal obligations. Approved comments and associated metadata may remain while the discussion or article remains available, unless deletion is appropriate or legally required. Spam and blocked records may be retained for abuse prevention.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
