F&B Supervisor Job at Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai

Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is hiring an F&B Supervisor in Dubai to lead food and beverage service in its airport outlets and lounges.

The job needs a hotel management degree and five years of hospitality experience, including at least one year supervising in a 5-star setting. It is open until 29 November 2026.

About The Role

The F&B Supervisor makes sure every guest gets good food and service while keeping costs under control. You train and coach the team, plan rosters, handle complaints and follow EKFC's hygiene, safety and ISO 9001 quality standards.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and service in a cost-effective way.
• Make sure operations follow company service, hygiene and safety standards.
• Train, coach and give feedback to your team.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and prevent repeats.
• Plan rosters to cover every shift while keeping overtime low.
• Use customer feedback to recommend service improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (must have).
• At least 5 years in hospitality, with 1 year as a supervisor in a 5-star environment.
• Knowledge of luxury hotel or stand-alone restaurant operations and food safety rules.
• Good spoken and written English and Microsoft Office skills.
