GluJob.com is free to use. GluJob Plus is an optional paid membership that unlocks extra tools. This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for GluJob Plus.
1. Plans
- 30-Day Pass (₹249), 3-Month Pass (₹549) and 1-Year Pass (₹1,999) are one-time payments. There is no AutoPay, and you are never charged again unless you buy another pass yourself.
- Monthly Plan (₹199/month) renews every month through UPI AutoPay until you cancel it.
2. Cancelling the Monthly Plan
- You can cancel AutoPay anytime from My Dashboard → Membership, or from your UPI app.
- After you cancel, no further payments are taken. Plus stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.
- Passes do not need cancelling. They simply end on their expiry date.
3. Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable once GluJob Plus has been activated on your account. This covers both passes and the monthly plan, including unused days.
- Exception: if you were charged but Plus was not activated, or you were charged twice by mistake, contact us within 7 days of the payment. We will activate Plus on your account or refund the extra amount.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, through our payment partner Razorpay.
4. How to contact us
Use the Contact Us page or Support in your GluJob dashboard. Please include the email address of your GluJob account and the payment ID or date of the payment.
5. Important
GluJob is not a recruitment agency. GluJob Plus does not guarantee a job, an interview or a visa. We never charge job seekers for job applications. Any payment to GluJob is only for the Plus tools on this website.
