About The Role
The Mixologist runs bar service in EKFC's lounges: creating and improving the bar menu, preparing drinks to recipe, guiding bar staff and controlling stock, while giving guests a professional and memorable experience.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
- Create and improve the bar menu in line with F&B standards.
- Prepare and serve beverages accurately to recipe.
- Train and guide bar service staff with F&B supervisors.
- Manage assigned bar operations from start to finish.
- Monitor inventory and requisitions to control cost.
- Handle guest complaints and follow health, safety and ISO 9001 policies.
Requirements
- High school certificate (must have); diploma preferred.
- WSET levels 1, 2 and 3 or another beverage certificate preferred.
- At least 4 years of bar or bartending experience in hospitality.
- Good English, strong beverage knowledge and a groomed, professional appearance.
