Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is hiring a Field Support Analyst in Dubai to install, maintain and troubleshoot computers, networks and telephone systems across the business.
The job needs a technical degree, a Microsoft or Cisco certification and at least five years of field support experience. Applications close on 2 November 2026.
About The Role
This is a hands-on IT support role. You keep desktops, printers, networks, the PABX phone system and the staff time-keeping system working, and guide staff on using their systems.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
- Install and configure Windows, MS Office and other software.
- Install and maintain computers, networks, file and print servers and peripherals.
- Set up user accounts, email, internet access and shared resources.
- Troubleshoot network, cabling and time-keeping system issues.
- Diagnose hardware faults and arrange repairs.
- Support Cisco switches, routers, firewalls and the PABX phone system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or Computer Science.
- Microsoft or Cisco certification (must have); PLC exposure preferred.
- At least 5 years supporting desktops, networks, printers and PABX in a Microsoft/Cisco environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
