These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of GluJob.com, GluJob accounts, GluJob Plus, paid membership features, career-support tools and related services provided through https://glujob.com/.
By accessing or using GluJob, creating an account or purchasing a paid membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the relevant GluJob services.
About GluJob
GluJob.com is an independent job-information publisher and career-support platform.
GluJob publishes job vacancy information and directs users to official employer career websites, recruitment platforms, application forms, official email addresses or other employer-authorized application channels where available.
GluJob is not a recruitment agency, staffing company or employer.
GluJob does not make hiring decisions, guarantee employment, sell jobs or charge candidates a fee for job placement.
Normal job vacancy information and official employer application links published on GluJob remain available without requiring a paid GluJob membership unless clearly stated otherwise.
GluJob Accounts
Some features require a registered GluJob account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and protecting access to your account.
You must not share passwords, OTPs or account-access credentials with unauthorized persons.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from a security issue caused by GluJob.
You should notify GluJob if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
Eligibility
GluJob is intended primarily for job seekers and adults who are legally capable of entering into agreements.
Users should provide accurate information about qualifications, experience, skills, employment history and other career information.
GluJob should not be used to misrepresent professional qualifications, identity or employment experience.
Free GluJob Services
GluJob may provide free access to features including job articles, vacancy information, employer details, official source links, application instructions and other informational content.
A paid membership is not required simply to access normal GluJob job listings or official employer application links.
GluJob may change, improve or discontinue individual free features where reasonably necessary.
Paid Memberships
GluJob may offer optional paid membership plans such as GluJob Plus and other membership tiers displayed on the website.
Paid memberships may provide additional productivity and career-support features.
Depending on the plan displayed at the time of purchase, features may include personalized job matching, CV tools, CV storage, job-specific CV preparation, cover-letter tools, guided application support, Application Tracker, alerts, AI-assisted career tools and other member features.
The exact features, limits, price and billing period applicable to a membership are those displayed on the relevant membership or checkout page at the time of purchase.
GluJob Plus
GluJob Plus is an optional paid career-productivity membership.
Its purpose is to help users find relevant jobs, prepare application materials, understand how to apply through official employer channels and track applications.
GluJob Plus does not provide guaranteed job placement or guaranteed employer responses.
A GluJob Plus subscription does not give GluJob authority to make employment decisions on behalf of employers.
Future or Additional Membership Plans
GluJob may introduce additional plans, including higher-tier plans such as GluJob Premium.
Such plans may include different feature limits, AI usage allowances, personalized job-search assistance or other services.
A feature should be considered included in a plan only when it is shown as available to that user in GluJob or on the relevant membership page.
References to planned or future features do not guarantee a particular launch date or permanent availability.
Subscription Billing
Paid memberships may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
Where recurring billing is enabled, the payment provider may charge the authorized payment method according to the billing interval displayed at checkout until the subscription is cancelled, expires or is otherwise terminated.
Users are responsible for reviewing the price, billing frequency and plan details before completing payment.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, authentication requirements and security controls.
GluJob does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, banking passwords or payment OTPs.
Subscription Activation
Membership access may be activated after GluJob receives confirmation of a successful payment or subscription event from the payment provider.
Payment confirmation may occasionally be delayed because of banking networks, payment-provider processing, technical issues or webhook delays.
If payment was successfully completed but membership access is not activated within a reasonable period, users may contact GluJob support with the relevant transaction reference.
Renewals
Recurring memberships may renew automatically according to the billing interval accepted during checkout.
Successful renewal payments may extend membership access for the next billing period.
If a renewal fails, GluJob may temporarily limit paid features until payment is successfully completed.
GluJob may provide a reasonable grace period where technically supported, but a grace period is not guaranteed.
Cancellation
Users may cancel a recurring membership through the options provided by GluJob or the payment provider where available.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise stated, cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete the user’s GluJob account or personal data.
Membership benefits may remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period, depending on the subscription status and payment-provider rules.
Existing personal files or account data may remain accessible according to GluJob’s applicable account and privacy rules even when the user is no longer on a paid plan.
Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated on the relevant purchase page, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the paid service has been successfully activated for the applicable billing period.
GluJob may review refund requests in cases such as duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, technical payment issues or other exceptional circumstances.
Approval of a refund is not automatic and may depend on the facts of the transaction and payment-provider rules.
If a payment was debited but the transaction failed or was not captured, bank or payment-provider reversal timelines may apply.
CV Builder and Private CV Storage
GluJob may allow members to upload, store, create, rename, download, copy or manage CV files.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information contained in their CV is accurate.
GluJob does not verify every statement in a user’s CV.
Where GluJob provides private CV storage, reasonable technical controls are used to restrict file access to the relevant account.
Users should not upload documents containing unnecessary highly sensitive information such as passwords, banking credentials, PINs or OTPs.
AI-Assisted CV Features
GluJob may provide AI-assisted CV analysis, tailoring, rewriting or improvement tools.
AI-generated suggestions are intended to assist the user and should be reviewed before use.
GluJob’s AI tools are designed not to intentionally invent education, employment experience, employers, certifications, qualifications or skills that the user has not provided.
However, AI-generated output may contain errors, unsuitable wording or inaccurate interpretations.
The user remains responsible for reviewing and approving the final CV before submitting it to an employer.
GluJob does not guarantee that an AI-optimized CV will pass an applicant tracking system, result in an interview or lead to employment.
Cover Letters
GluJob may generate, suggest or help users prepare cover letters.
Users should review and edit cover letters before sending them to an employer.
Generated cover letters may use information from the user’s GluJob profile, selected CV and the relevant vacancy where supported.
GluJob does not guarantee that a generated cover letter will result in an interview or employment offer.
Application Guidance
GluJob may provide step-by-step guidance for applying through employer websites or recruitment platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters or other systems.
Application guidance is provided for convenience.
External employer websites can change their interfaces, requirements, questions or processes without notifying GluJob.
Users remain responsible for following the instructions displayed on the employer’s official application website.
Official Employer Applications
Where GluJob provides an official application link, the final job application normally takes place on an external employer website or employer-authorized platform.
GluJob does not control those external websites.
Users are responsible for reviewing information before submitting it to an employer.
GluJob does not store employer-account passwords and should never request a user’s employer-portal password.
GluJob does not automatically submit job applications on behalf of users unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise and obtains the necessary user authorization.
Final submission should remain under the user’s control.
Application Tracker
GluJob may allow users to track applications through statuses such as Preparing, Applied, Assessment, Interview, Offer or Not Selected.
Tracker statuses may be based on user actions, GluJob activity, connected-service information or supported automated detection.
Application Tracker is a productivity tool and should not be treated as the official employment record of an employer.
Employer communications and the employer’s own recruitment portal remain the authoritative source for the status of an application.
Gmail Application Tracking
GluJob Plus may offer optional Gmail-based Application Tracking.
Users must explicitly connect their Google Account through Google’s OAuth authorization process before Gmail tracking is enabled.
GluJob currently uses the Gmail metadata permission needed to inspect supported message headers and metadata for application-tracking purposes.
GluJob does not use this permission to read email message bodies or attachments.
GluJob does not use the connected Gmail account to automatically send emails or submit applications.
Users may disconnect Gmail at any time through the available privacy and control settings.

Accuracy of Gmail Tracking
Gmail Application Tracking uses supported metadata signals such as sender, subject, date and related information.
Automatic detection may not identify every recruitment email.
For example, if an employer uses a generic subject and places the important decision only inside the email body, GluJob may not be able to determine the correct application status.
GluJob may intentionally avoid changing a status when there is insufficient information.
Users should continue to review important employer emails and recruitment portals directly.
Application Alerts
GluJob may send service alerts when a supported application update is detected.
Alerts may be delivered through email, the GluJob interface or other notification methods offered in the future.
Delivery is not guaranteed because of email-provider filtering, spam controls, network issues, third-party service interruptions or user notification settings.
Job Matching
GluJob may use profile information such as preferred roles, skills, categories, locations, education or experience to provide job-match suggestions.
Match percentages, reasons or recommendations are informational estimates.
A high match score does not guarantee eligibility, interview selection or employment.
Users should always review the official employer requirements before applying.
Job Availability and Verification
GluJob attempts to publish and maintain job information using credible or official sources where reasonably possible.
Vacancies can be modified, closed, paused or removed by employers without notice.
Source verification or a recent verification date does not guarantee that a vacancy remains open at the exact moment the user attempts to apply.
Users should verify final vacancy status on the employer’s official application channel.
No Employment Guarantee
GluJob does not guarantee:
• that a user will receive an interview;
• that an employer will respond;
• that a vacancy will remain available;
• that an application will be accepted;
• that a user will receive a job offer;
• any particular salary or benefit; or
• any employment outcome.
Hiring decisions are controlled by employers and their authorized recruitment partners.
No Job Placement Fee
GluJob’s paid memberships are payments for optional digital career-support and productivity tools.
They are not payments for jobs, interviews, recruitment selection or employment placement.
Users should be cautious of anyone claiming to guarantee a GluJob-listed vacancy in exchange for a recruitment fee.
External Websites
GluJob links to employer websites, recruitment platforms, Google Forms, application systems and other external services.
GluJob does not control external services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices or independent terms.
Users should verify the destination and review the external site’s terms before submitting personal information.
AI Career Assistance
GluJob may provide AI-powered assistance for tasks such as CV analysis, cover-letter generation, application preparation, skill-gap suggestions, interview preparation or general career guidance.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular employer.
AI features do not replace professional legal, immigration, financial or employment advice.
Users should verify important information before relying on AI-generated content.
Feature Limits and Fair Use
Certain features may have monthly, daily or plan-specific limits.
Examples may include CV generation limits, cover-letter limits, AI usage, on-demand job-search requests or other resource-intensive features.
Current limits should be displayed in the user’s plan or feature interface where relevant.
Users must not attempt to bypass usage limits through multiple accounts, automation, credential sharing or abusive activity.
GluJob may apply reasonable safeguards to prevent misuse, excessive automated requests, fraud or platform abuse.
User Content
Users retain responsibility for CVs, profile information and other content they upload or enter.
By using a GluJob feature that requires processing user content, the user authorizes GluJob to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the relevant service.
Users must not upload unlawful content, malware, stolen personal data or documents they are not permitted to use.
Prohibited Use
Users must not use GluJob to:
• commit fraud or impersonate another person;
• submit false qualifications or employment information;
• access another user’s account or CV files without permission;
• interfere with GluJob security or infrastructure;
• scrape, attack or overload the service using unauthorized automated systems;
• distribute malware or malicious code;
• misuse payment systems;
• evade feature or subscription limits; or
• use GluJob for unlawful activities.
Account Suspension or Termination
GluJob may temporarily restrict or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, payment abuse, security threats, unauthorized access, prohibited activity or material violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate, GluJob may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.
Immediate restriction may be used where necessary to protect users, data, payments or service security.
Service Availability
GluJob aims to keep services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Maintenance, software updates, hosting outages, third-party API failures, employer website changes, payment-provider interruptions or other technical events may temporarily affect features.
GluJob may update features to improve security, reliability, user experience or regulatory compliance.
Changes to Features
GluJob may add, modify, replace or discontinue features.
Where a material change significantly affects an active paid membership, GluJob should make reasonable efforts to communicate the change where appropriate.
The design, name or technical implementation of a feature may change without changing the core purpose of the membership.
Security
GluJob uses reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to protect member accounts and stored information.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Users should use strong passwords and protect their own email and device accounts.
Security incidents or suspected unauthorized access may result in temporary restrictions while GluJob investigates.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, GluJob branding, website design, software, original written content and proprietary platform features are owned by or licensed to GluJob.
Employer names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to an employer does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Users may not reproduce or commercially redistribute substantial GluJob content or software without permission where such permission is legally required.
Disclaimers
Job information is provided for informational purposes.
Although GluJob attempts to improve accuracy and source quality, information may become outdated, incomplete or unavailable.
Users are responsible for reviewing official employer information before making application or career decisions.
GluJob is not responsible for independent decisions made by employers, external recruitment platforms or third-party service providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GluJob will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on job information, missed employer communications, external website failures, employment decisions or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the GluJob Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains account data, CV information, payment-related data, Gmail Application Tracking, cookies, analytics, retention, deletion and privacy rights.

Changes to These Terms
GluJob may update these Terms when services, membership plans, integrations, laws, payment arrangements or business practices change.
The current update date appears at the top.
Material changes affecting paid memberships or connected services may also be communicated through the website, account interface or email where appropriate.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to a user.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Kerala, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
