Senior Manager Requirements And Pay
KIAL listed one vacancy each for Senior Manager in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and HR. All three posts had a maximum age of 52 as of 31 January 2026.

The consolidated remuneration was ₹1,50,000 per month for each role. The notice said KIAL could offer a higher salary to experienced candidates.
What The Junior Assistant Example Shows
The Junior Assistant post accepted first-class non-engineering graduates. It also accepted candidates with Plus Two and a three-year diploma, with first-class marks.
Diploma holders normally needed one year of post-qualification experience. Eligible applicants from evictee families did not need experience and received special treatment in the application process.
The published consolidated remuneration was ₹27,500. The application fee was ₹500 and non-refundable. By 7 October 2026, KIAL had made Junior Assistant admit cards available, so that recruitment was already beyond the application stage.
Selection And Application Process
Applications for the senior manager posts were submitted online between 11 March 2026 at 4:00 PM IST and 17 April 2026 at 5:00 PM IST. That application period has ended.
There was no written test for those senior manager posts. Selection was based on qualifications and interview performance.
