  • Expatriates with an accepted teaching certification need at least two years of full-time school teaching experience.
  • Accepted certifications include the Ministry of Education teaching licence, B.Ed, M.Ed, NTS, PGCE, PGDE, H.D.E, H.E.D, DELTA, CELTA or TESOL, subject to the stated conditions.
  • Expatriate candidates must meet the required TOEFL iBT or IELTS scores. Language certificates must be no more than three years old.
  • English is required for the position.
  • Applicants must be no older than 55 years.

Emirati nationals are not required to have previous teaching experience. The different experience conditions mean you should follow the requirement that matches your nationality and certification status.
