Chalhoub Group says it employs more than 16,000 professionals across eight Middle Eastern countries, with a presence in Latin America. It works with more than 400 international names through over 950 stores, online platforms and mobile apps.
Applications for its Dubai roles start on the official careers portal. Job seekers can find work across luxury retail and business functions, but requirements differ by position.
How Applications Are Handled
Find a suitable vacancy on the Chalhoub Group careers site and submit the online application. The recruitment process may begin with an initial interview.
Some retail candidates may attend an assessment day. Other steps can include interviews with the hiring team, an assignment for certain roles and reference checks with two previous managers.
Successful candidates receive an offer and onboarding support. This may cover required documents, relocation help where applicable, induction events, schedules and performance goals.
Chalhoub Group asks candidates to complete interviews and assessments independently, without generative AI assistance.
Work Areas In Dubai
The careers portal covers finance, technology, e-commerce, retail and distribution, marketing, people and culture, and visual merchandising.
At the time the official site was checked, examples included a Finance Trainee position and a Senior Associate role in workplace technology. These examples show how requirements can change significantly between trainee and experienced positions.
What Individual Roles May Require
The Finance Trainee example was a hybrid Dubai role for recent graduates. It accepted a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related subject and stated an experience range of zero to one year.
That role also asked for strong Excel skills, knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements, attention to detail, organisation and good communication.
In contrast, the workplace technology role required at least five years of desktop-support experience. Its technical requirements included Windows, macOS, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
Trainee Paths And Employee Development
The graduate hiring page describes six-month, full-time trainee opportunities. Areas can include finance, technology, e-commerce, digital, marketing, and people and culture. The page says relevant experience is expected.
Employees may have access to coaching, mentoring, job shadowing, project work and tailored development programmes. Chalhoub Group also describes leadership programmes and internal mobility across the Group and its joint-venture partners.
Benefits may include healthcare, a contribution to child education, remote or flexible working policies and employee discounts. The official information does not give one salary figure that applies to all Dubai roles.
Applying is free. Do not pay anyone to submit an application or secure a position.
