First, a point that confuses many applicants. There is no company called “Toyota Qatar” that hires you. Toyota and Lexus cars in Qatar are sold and serviced by Al Abdulghani Motors (AAM), a Qatari family business founded in 1958 and the sole distributor of both brands. A showroom job, a workshop job or an office job “at Toyota Qatar” is a job at AAM.
That matters because AAM has its own careers site, and that is where real vacancies appear.
The Five Job Areas
AAM’s careers site groups its jobs like this:
| Area | The Kind Of Work |
|---|---|
| Automotive Aftersales | Technicians, service advisors, parts staff, body and paint |
| Sales And Customer Service | Showroom sales, customer care |
| Mobility | Vehicle rental and leasing services |
| Corporate | Finance, HR, IT, marketing |
| Others | Roles that do not fit the groups above |
For most GluJob readers, Aftersales is the one to watch. Workshop roles ask for a trade qualification and hands-on experience with vehicles, and each listing states exactly what is needed.
How To Apply
- Go to the Join Us page on toyotaqatar.com and choose “Apply for a vacancy”. It takes you to careers.aamotors.com.
- Open the job area that fits you and read the listings.
- If nothing suits you today, join the Talent Network on the same site. You leave your email and a short note about yourself, and AAM can contact you when something matching comes up.

AAM also runs a University Graduate Program, described on its careers site.
What We Could Not Find
AAM does not publish salaries on its careers site, and it does not mention walk-in interviews. If you see a “Toyota Qatar walk-in interview” poster, check for it on the AAM site before you travel.
