What The Job Involves
Within the Instrumentation and Control department, the technician supports industrial automation project work. You will prepare service reports, maintain accurate technical documentation and coordinate with engineers, project teams and clients while following safety procedures.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Main Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, test and maintain instrumentation and control equipment.
- Carry out commissioning activities, loop checks, functional testing and system verification.
- Troubleshoot field instruments, control valves, PLC, DCS and SCADA systems.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, technical drawings and datasheets.
- Assist with system integration, start-up, maintenance and site acceptance testing.
Technical Knowledge And Skills
Alongside the education and experience shown above, TECH Automation asks for practical knowledge of instrumentation and control equipment. Your background should cover both field systems and the control platforms used in industrial automation.
- Hands-on knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA and field-instrumentation systems.

- Good problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
