The Saudi Aramco Business Systems Analyst opening supports the company’s enterprise learning technologies and digital learning services within Saudi Arabia. You will analyse business needs, develop scalable technical solutions, support integrations and improve learning platforms.
This position suits an experienced professional with a relevant bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in enterprise business systems, learning technologies or Human Capital Management solutions. Main Responsibilities
You will work within the Learning Solutions & Services Department. The work covers corporate learning systems, academic learning platforms, mobile learning services and emerging technology.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for enterprise learning systems.
- Design, assess and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning, enterprise applications and other systems.
- Lead technical analysis for new learning technologies and assess their compatibility with the existing enterprise learning architecture.
- Support the design, implementation and improvement of mobile learning solutions, including backend integrations and system interfaces.
- Assess academic and corporate Learning Management Systems, including Blackboard, Canvas and Moodle.
- Enhance and maintain corporate learning systems, including SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Job Certification.
- Evaluate emerging learning technologies and recommend improvements to learner experience, system performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead AI enablement within learning systems.
Technical Background And Skills
Your degree must be in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or another related discipline. It must come from a recognized and approved program, while an advanced degree is preferred.
The employer requires strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or a comparable enterprise Learning Management System. Your background must also include enterprise business systems, learning technology management and Learning Management Systems.
- Experience designing and supporting integrations through APIs, web services, middleware or integration platforms
- Experience supporting mobile applications and digital learning platforms
- System integration and API or web-service integration skills
- Experience with Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle or another academic Learning Management System is preferred
- Skills in enterprise business systems analysis and AI enablement
