What The Dubai Role Pages Ask For
A Guest Service Agent listing for Al Bandar Rotana and Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana shows the type of qualifications used for an entry-level Front Office position. It asks ideally for a hospitality degree, previous hotel Front Office experience and excellent written and spoken English. Another language is requested, while Opera experience is an advantage.
That example was posted on September 11, 2026, with November 10, 2026 shown as its expiry date. These dates belong to that specific listing and should not be treated as general recruitment dates.
A Waiter or Waitress example at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana asks ideally for a hospitality diploma or degree, or vocational Food & Beverage training. Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant and good English are also requested. Its preferred-candidate details list one to three years of experience and a bachelor’s degree.
Front Desk Language Requirements Can Vary
Some positions are more specific. A Front Desk Agent example at Towers Rotana was for a Russian speaker and was marked as a mid-career role. The page asks ideally for a hospitality degree, hotel Front Office experience, excellent English and an additional language.
