Jr Buyer Job at NMDC Group in Abu Dhabi

The NMDC Jr Buyer Job is a full-time procurement position with NMDC Group in Abu Dhabi. You will support the Procurement department throughout the buying process, from internal requisitions to supplier delivery.

Main Procurement Duties

Your work will involve coordinating purchasing activities and following orders through to delivery. The responsibilities published by NMDC Group include:

• Identify procurement needs and help prepare and dispatch requests for quotations, bid analyses and orders.
• Support vendor negotiations covering pricing and payment options.
• Monitor quotations, bid analyses and procurement order deliveries.
• Track vendor performance and provide updates to the procurement superintendent.
• Receive and verify procurement requisitions from stores.
• Support vendor relationship management and development.
• Help purchase supplies and equipment while maintaining quality.
• Prepare accurate procurement reports within the required timeframes.

Safety Requirements And Procurement Skills

Compliance with the organisation’s health and safety policies is required. Active participation in the safety programme is also a condition of employment.
