Main HSE Responsibilities
Within the HSE Operations – DM department, your work will cover compliance, safety monitoring, records and project reporting. The responsibilities include:
- Attend internal and client meetings to identify project HSE requirements.
- Maintain compliance with company health and safety policy, including random or spot checks for unsafe practices.
- Maintain HSE registers, incident reports, lessons-learned databases and related management records.
- Monitor and compile site HSE statistics, weekly reports and other required reports.
- Support the Project Manager and project team in achieving HSE goals.
- Assist with job safety analysis, toolbox meetings and periodic inspections.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, then report the findings to the HSE Manager.
- Review and monitor PPE, night-safety visibility, speed limits and other safety aspects.
Safety Qualifications And Knowledge
