About the Role

Based within the Engineering and Maintenance department, the post is part of KEOLIS operations in transportation and rail maintenance. Its technical scope covers both rolling stock and the maintenance vehicles used for Dubai Metro services.

Hands-on electrical and mechanical work is combined with maintenance processes. You will maintain accurate records through a computerized maintenance management system and follow Permit To Work procedures during assigned activities.

Key Duties

  • Assist the Rolling Stock Team Leader with preventive and corrective maintenance and minor modifications.
  • Complete routine vehicle inspections, replace consumables, make minor repairs and perform technical cleaning.
  • Test electromechanical assemblies and install or replace electrical and electronic parts.
  • Repair, rework and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems.
  • Diagnose faults within the required time and replace affected components.
  • Carry out wheel truing and bogie overhaul maintenance.
