What The Junior Logistics Specialist Job Involves
You will join the External Teams – Inventory & Logistics department. The work focuses on handling local hardware dispatch tasks and coordinating shipment progress with the client team.
Equipment requests must be entered through the required online systems before items can be ordered from the warehouse. You will then support each shipment through preparation, delivery tracking and receipt confirmation.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
- Receive hardware shipment requests from the client team and complete the required system forms to order equipment from the warehouse.
- Print shipping labels, purchase packaging materials and assemble packages for delivery.
- Track deliveries against their expected timelines.
- Confirm that local partners receive their packages on time and without damage.
- Communicate questions or shipment issues to the client’s logistics lead.
