The employee FAQ says onboarding usually takes 15 days. For people changing employers, a 30-day notice period may be required before onboarding, making the stated total 45 days.
According to the same FAQ, annual leave is 30 calendar days. Salary is credited during the last business week of the month, between the 28th and 30th. End-of-service benefits are calculated and paid according to UAE Labour Law.
