Holiday Inn UAE Careers And Application Guide

Holiday Inn UAE Careers And Application Guide

Holiday Inn vacancies in the UAE are published through the official IHG Hotels & Resorts careers portal. The listings cover separate hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, not one general recruitment drive.

Each job page has its own experience, education and shift requirements. Benefits also differ by role, and the reviewed listings do not publish salary amounts.

How Applications Are Submitted

Start with the Holiday Inn page on IHG’s careers website and filter the results for the United Arab Emirates. Open the job-detail page for the hotel and position you want.

Applications are submitted through the Apply button on that page. This button opens IHG’s Oracle applicant system. Read the full description before continuing because requirements are not the same across hotels or departments.

Types Of Work Shown On The Portal

The official pages show work across hotel operations, food and beverage, housekeeping, kitchens, sales, administration and internships.

Location Examples Shown By IHG
Dubai Barista, Receiving Clerk, Room Attendant, Junior Sous Chef, Sales Manager and internships in human resources, information technology and marketing
Abu Dhabi Food and Beverage Supervisor, Bartender and Food and Beverage Attendant

These are examples from IHG’s official pages. Check the portal to see which positions remain open when you apply.

What Different Roles Ask For

A Barista job page for Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park asks for one to two years of barista experience, strong English and availability for early mornings, weekends and public holidays. It requires a high school qualification or equivalent. Arabic or another language is an advantage.

A Receiving Clerk example says stores or receiving experience is useful. Applicants also need basic financial knowledge, communication and organisational skills, and the ability to handle goods weighing up to 20 kg.

For housekeeping in Dubai Business Bay, a Room Attendant page requires previous similar experience and English communication. A Junior Sous Chef example asks for at least two years in similar culinary leadership work, knowledge of different kitchen sections and the ability to lead a team.

In Abu Dhabi, a Food and Beverage Supervisor example asks for at least two years of relevant experience. A hospitality diploma or degree and supervisory experience are preferred. An attendant role asks for a high school qualification or equivalent, two to four years of restaurant experience and flexibility for a six-day rotating roster.

Pay And Benefits Depend On The Job

No salary amount is published in the reviewed Receiving Clerk or Abu Dhabi supervisor descriptions. Applicants should rely on the individual job page rather than assume one salary or benefits package applies to every hotel.

Examples of stated benefits include uniforms, room discounts and training. The Abu Dhabi supervisor page says benefits may include duty meals, health insurance and accommodation. These items are job-specific and should not be treated as guaranteed for another position.

Use only IHG’s official application route. Applying is free, and you should not pay anyone to secure a Holiday Inn job.
