Job Role: Customer Service Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service agents in the cargo division.
- Ensure smooth cargo operations and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain high service standards for airlines, freight forwarders, and clients.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
