Flydubai is Dubai’s low-cost airline, and unlike most Gulf employers it publishes its cabin crew package openly. That makes it one of the easier airlines to judge before you apply. Everything below is from careers.flydubai.com.
What Flydubai Pays Cabin Crew

Flying pay changes with the hours you fly, so treat it as an average and not a promise.
There is also a training bond of USD 2,650 (about AED 9,700) for the first year. Read that part of the contract carefully. It matters if you plan to leave early.
Who Can Apply
- 21 or older
- At least 158 cm tall
- High school diploma
- Fluent written and spoken English
- One year in a customer service job, ideally in aviation, hotels or retail
- No tattoos visible in uniform
- Comfortable in water while wearing a life jacket
- A valid passport, and fit enough to pass the aviation medical
- Ready to move to Dubai and work irregular hours
The Four Steps
- Online application. You create a candidate profile, upload your CV and documents and answer some questions about the role.
- Online assessment. Short tests on work behaviour, logical thinking, multitasking and verbal reasoning. Flydubai offers practice questions.
- Video interview. You record answers to set questions in your own time.
- Review. If you pass, you are invited to an assessment day.
