Job Summary
About the Role
- Oversee daily hotel operations and keep them efficient and profitable
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve operational issues
- Support revenue and commercial performance
- Lead and coordinate a multi-skilled team across departments
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years in a hotel management or senior operational role
- Strong knowledge of Rooms Division operations and hotel procedures
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Passion for customer service and high service standards
