Dnata is the airport services and travel company of the Emirates Group. It handles aircraft, passengers, baggage and cargo at Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum International (DWC). Dnata posts all of its vacancies on one website, Emirates Group Careers. Applying is free. This page explains what kinds of jobs dnata offers in Dubai, what it usually asks for, and how to apply the right way.
Which Jobs Does Dnata Offer In Dubai?
Most dnata vacancies in Dubai fall into four areas. The job title on the official site tells you which one a role belongs to.
- Airport Operations: loader and driver roles, baggage, ramp, passenger service and aircraft cleaning.
- Cargo: cargo agents, warehouse and terminal operations, service delivery.
- Travel: travel consultants, sales support and contact centre roles.
- Office And Support: finance, HR, IT, safety and planning.
What Does Dnata Ask For?
Requirements change with every role. The two listings below were published on the official site and show the range, from a school-level operations job to a management job. Both are closed now and are shown as examples only.
| Role | Education | Experience And Other Needs |
|---|---|---|
| Chief Driver, Dubai (closed 22 Jan 2026) | 10 years schooling or equivalent | One year driving experience with a good understanding of airside operations. Knowledge of the ramp areas at Dubai International. Arabic or Hindi is an advantage. |
| Service Delivery Manager, dnata Cargo, Dubai (closed 2 Feb 2026) | Diploma or degree in air cargo or cargo ground handling | 5 to 8 years in air cargo or logistics operations. UAE or home country driving licence. Airport Driving Permit for operating equipment. |
So a 10th pass candidate can qualify for some airside roles, while office and management roles need a diploma or degree and several years of experience. Always read the full requirement on the listing you are applying for.
Salary And Benefits
Dnata does not publish salary figures on its listings. For Dubai roles, the official listings state “an attractive tax-free salary and travel benefits that are exclusive to our industry”, including discounts on flights and hotel stays. The exact package is confirmed by dnata in the offer letter. Do not trust any salary figure for dnata that comes from an agent or a social media post.

Dnata and the Emirates Group never ask for money for an application, interview, visa or medical test. If someone asks for a fee or an OTP for a dnata job, it is a scam.
