Cipriani is an Italian restaurant group known for its fine dining. It runs restaurants in several countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, and it hires for all of them through one official careers portal.
If you work in a good restaurant or hotel kitchen, or on the floor as a waiter or bartender, here is what Cipriani is hiring for and how to apply.
Jobs On The Portal Right Now
When we checked on 26 October 2026, the Cipriani portal had 43 open jobs in total. The Gulf ones were:
| Country | Roles |
|---|---|
| UAE (Dubai) | Junior Sous Chef, Demi Chef De Partie, Head Waiter, Waiter/Waitress, Runner, Barback, Cocktail Waiter, Barista |
| Saudi Arabia | Head Waiter, Waiter, Runner, Kitchen Commis, Head Hostess, Guest Restroom Attendant |
| Bahrain | Runner, Bartender, Hostess, Prep Cook |
The rest were in Europe. New jobs are added when a restaurant needs people, so check the portal itself for the current list.
Who Fits These Jobs
Cipriani is a high-end brand, so even runner and barback jobs usually expect some experience in a busy restaurant or hotel, good English and a clean, guest-facing manner. Kitchen roles like Demi Chef De Partie and Junior Sous Chef need proper kitchen experience, ideally in Italian cuisine.
Runner, barback and kitchen commis are the most realistic starting points if you have one or two years of experience.
Salary
The job posts do not show salaries, and we won’t guess one. In restaurants like this, pay is often made up of a basic salary plus service charge or tips, but only your offer letter will tell you the real figures.
How To Apply
- Open the Cipriani career site (the link is below).
- Search by job title, or filter by country to see only UAE, Saudi or Bahrain jobs.
- Apply online with your CV. A CV with a recent photo and your restaurant experience listed clearly works best for hospitality jobs.

Watch Out
Cipriani hires through its own career site. If someone on WhatsApp or Facebook promises you a Cipriani job in Dubai for a fee, do not pay.
