The management-level compliance posting asked for a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least three years of leadership or managerial experience in AML, CTF or financial crime. A professional certification in AML, financial crime or compliance was preferred.
Another compliance posting asked for a bachelor’s degree in law, business or a related field. It also required regulatory compliance experience, preferably from lottery, gaming or financial services.
