Main Maintenance Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on pumps, motors, motor control centres, control panels, instrumentation and automation systems.
- Overhaul, repair, replace, test, install, wire and commission electrical, instrumentation and control components.
- Conduct infrared thermographic inspections on electrical panels, motor control centres, variable-frequency drives and associated equipment.
- Find faults affecting electrical, instrumentation, automation, control and mechanical systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and availability.
- Inspect, clean and maintain sensors, transmitters, actuators, field instruments and control valves. You will also support calibration and functional testing.
- Service pumps, valves, relief valves, surge vessels, screens, diesel generators, diesel pumps and related mechanical equipment.
- Maintain housekeeping standards while following company standards and health, safety and environmental procedures.

Mechanic Requirements
For the mechanic position, you need a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification. A vocational or trade-school certification in mechanical maintenance is preferred.
