About The Warehouse Role

Day-To-Day Responsibilities
- Operate material-handling equipment, including VNA, reach truck, order picker, forklift and pallet loader.
- Load, unload and move pallets within the warehouse and staging areas.
- Support inbound and outbound operations, including put-away, picking, replenishment and dispatch.
- Assist with order picking and pallet building.
- Conduct pre-operational equipment checks and report any defects.
- Keep work areas clean, organized and free from hazards.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
Licences, Experience And Operating Requirements
You need at least two to three years of experience in warehousing and distribution centers. Talabat also requires a valid UAE driving licence and a valid MHE or Forklift Operator licence or certification.
During operations, you must follow warehouse safety rules, standard operating procedures and equipment guidelines. Personal protective equipment must be used according to company safety policy.
- Handle the correct SKU, quantity and batch requirements.
- Report stock discrepancies and product issues.
- Raise equipment defects through the required reporting process.
