Aramex started in 1982 as a courier company in the Middle East and now has about 16,000 employees in more than 65 countries. The Gulf is its biggest region, with over 6,500 staff. For job seekers in the UAE that means a steady flow of courier, warehouse and operations roles, not only office jobs.
The Jobs You Will See
Aramex’s careers page profiles its own staff in roles like these:
- Ground Courier: collects and delivers shipments on a set route
- Station Manager: runs a local delivery station and its team
- Operations roles: sorting, dispatch, warehouse and fleet
- Supply Chain and Commercial roles: for candidates with a degree and experience
Courier jobs normally need a valid UAE driving licence, and the listing will say which type.
One Thing To Check Before You Apply
Some UAE listings on the Aramex site carry “UAE Nationals Only” in the title. Those are reserved roles, and an application from an expatriate will not be considered. Skip them and look at the rest.
How To Apply
- Open careers.aramex.com.
- Filter by country (United Arab Emirates) and, if you like, by city.
- Open a listing and read the requirements in full.
- Apply online with your CV. You will need to register with your email.

Aramex does not publish salaries on its careers page.
Fake Aramex Job Messages
Because Aramex is a delivery company, its name is used a lot in scam messages, for parcels and for jobs. Aramex has a Fraud Prevention page linked at the bottom of its website. A real Aramex job always has a listing on careers.aramex.com. If someone offers you a job by WhatsApp and asks for a fee, check for the listing first.
