Main Responsibilities
Your work will combine inventory control, quality checks, team supervision and reporting. The responsibilities cover both daily operational tasks and follow-up action when accuracy or process issues are found.
- Plan and complete daily and weekly inventory cycle counts, then reconcile any discrepancies.
- Investigate misplaced, mislabeled, damaged and missing inventory to identify root causes.
- Maintain accurate bin and inventory location records.
- Track inventory accuracy KPIs, report results and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct quality walks and audits across pick faces, staging areas and storage areas.
- Supervise, schedule and coach ICQA associates.
- Set daily targets, assign tasks, balance workloads, train associates and monitor performance.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with SOPs and quality policies.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports while working with Operations, Inbound and Outbound teams on discrepancies and process improvements.
Requirements And Skills
The work has clear physical requirements. You need to be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours. Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending and reaching are also part of the requirements.
