Al-Futtaim is one of the largest private employers in the UAE. The group says it has more than 40,000 colleagues from over 100 nationalities, working with more than 200 brands in over 20 countries. You have almost certainly been a customer: it runs IKEA stores and Toyota and Lexus showrooms in the UAE, among many others.

Starting Out Or Experienced?
Al-Futtaim describes two tracks. Early Careers is for young professionals and offers structured training and hands-on experience. Experienced Professionals covers everyone else, with development plans and leadership training. Store, showroom and workshop jobs are advertised directly on the portal all year.
The group does not publish salaries on its careers page.
