What You Will Do On Board

Cabin crew members act as airline ambassadors while maintaining safety and service standards. Your work covers the full flight cycle, from briefings and pre-flight checks to passenger care and post-flight reporting.

• Attend flight briefings and complete your assigned cabin duties.
• Explain safety procedures to passengers and identify possible safety or security risks.
• Provide first aid when necessary and report irregularities or equipment malfunctions.
• Welcome passengers and help with boarding formalities.
• Respond to passenger requests and provide customer service during the flight.
• Promote onboard meals, products and charity services while handling related payments.
• Complete pre-flight checks, post-flight briefings and assessment reports.
• Attend recurrent training, emergency-procedure training and educational workshops.

What Air Arabia Asks For

A diploma in Travel or Tourism is an advantage but is not mandatory. First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures training can also add value to your application.

Previous cabin crew or customer-service experience in the airline, aviation or hospitality sectors is advantageous. An active cabin crew licence is also considered an advantage, although the position remains open to fresh graduates.

You need to be in good general health and able to meet the airline’s fitness-to-fly requirement. Air Arabia also asks for a presentable and friendly manner, including the ability to stay positive when working under stress.
