Work Across Five Business Clusters
The five-cluster structure helps applicants understand where different types of work sit within the organisation.
- Logistics: Led by Noatum Logistics. Its work covers air freight, ocean freight, land transport, contract logistics, and project logistics. The official cluster page reports 4,250 professionals and 95 offices in 26 countries.
- Maritime & Shipping: Led by Noatum Maritime. Areas include shipping, offshore and subsea work, marine services, shipbuilding and drydocking, and agency and maritime services.
- Ports: This cluster operates 33 of the Group’s 38 ports and terminals worldwide, based on its 2025 figures. Domestic ports operate under the Abu Dhabi Ports brand, while most international terminals are part of Noatum Ports.
- Economic Cities & Free Zones: The careers page has included professional roles connected with this cluster and the AD Food Hub.
- Digital: This is listed as one of the Group’s five business clusters.
