Abu Dhabi Aviation describes itself as a UAE-based integrated aviation group serving commercial, government and defence sectors. Its FY2025 presentation reports more than 10,000 employees across 79 nationalities, with 67 aircraft and five simulators.
The company publishes vacancies through its own careers page. Some positions are marked for UAE Nationals, while others appear without that restriction, so read the title and requirements carefully.
Work Areas Shown On The Careers Site
The careers page covers more than pilots and aircraft engineers. When checked on 9 October 2026, it showed seven openings across audit, IT, finance, paramedicine, network security and procurement.
The separate general application page also names career areas such as search-and-rescue aircrew, SAR paramedics, fixed-wing pilots, rotary-wing pilots, fixed-wing engineers and rotary-wing licensed engineers. These career areas do not confirm that a vacancy is open.
What The Requirements Can Look Like
Requirements depend strongly on the work. These examples from the official listings show what applicants may be asked to provide:
- An Internal Audit Manager role marked UAEN required a bachelor’s degree, the Certified Internal Auditor qualification and 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- An Advanced Care Paramedic role required suitable paramedic certification and registration meeting UAE licensing rules. The work included emergency medical support, medevac and search-and-rescue missions.
- A Network Security Engineer role marked UAEN asked for a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience and CompTIA Security+ or an equivalent certification.
- A Buyer role asked for a relevant bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain, preferably in aviation or aerospace. It also required knowledge of aviation regulations, airworthiness records, OEMs and authorised suppliers.
Use these only as examples. The wording and conditions for another position may be different.
How To Send Your Details
Check the official careers page for published positions and read the full entry before submitting anything. The company says recruitment is handled exclusively through its own website.
Its general application form asks for the position, personal and contact details, a message to HR or covering page, and a CV upload. Prepare those details before opening the form, but tailor them to the role you want.

Check The Nationality Label
“UAEN” appears in the titles of positions reserved for UAE Nationals, such as the audit and network security examples. Roles without that label may not have the same restriction, but applicants should still rely on the wording of each official posting.
Safety note: Abu Dhabi Aviation says it does not request money in connection with employment. Applying is free, so do not pay anyone who promises a job or asks for funds.
