Dubai Airports recruits for airport operations, technology, infrastructure and corporate teams. The main point for job seekers is that eligibility and employment terms can differ between roles.
Some programmes are limited to UAE nationals. Other positions may be contractual and require extensive professional experience, so read the individual description before submitting your details.
Where The Work Fits
Dubai Airports divides its careers into three broad groups:
| Career Area | Types Of Work |
|---|---|
| Service & Operations | Transport operations, airside service delivery, fire services, facilities care, the Airport Operations Control Centre and terminal operations. |
| Technology & Infrastructure | Engineering services, energy management, technical projects, customer success, infrastructure and operations, and risk management and architecture. |
| Corporate | Marketing, communications, human resources, training, talent acquisition, finance, legal, corporate affairs, supply management, design, planning and information technology. |
Terminal Operations focuses on the passenger experience and terminal facilities connected with security, check-in and immigration.
How Applications Are Handled
Use the official careers portal to search by job function, location or keyword. If there is no suitable role, you can register with the Dubai Airports Talent Community for possible future opportunities.
For terminal operations positions, applications are submitted through the website. The Talent Acquisition team uses online assessment tools and structured assessment techniques.

Check Who Can Apply
Do not assume that every programme has the same entry rules. The UAE National Airport Fire Service Programme, for example, is reserved for Emirati nationals and requires basic English and a valid driving licence.
That programme includes nine weeks of English-language training, followed by nine weeks of basic firefighter training.
A Senior Analyst – Operation Business Systems listing shows a different type of recruitment. It is described as a contractual-based-hire role in Technology & Infrastructure. It asks for extensive experience with mission-critical airport systems, major aviation technology implementations and live 24-hour operational environments.
The work in that example covers systems used across terminals, airfields, baggage, security and flight operations. It also includes system integration, cybersecurity alignment, business continuity and artificial intelligence or machine-learning initiatives.
Benefits And Recruitment Safety
The careers site says benefits may include a competitive salary, free health insurance, an annual home-leave flight-ticket allowance and at least 30 days of vacation. It does not publish a specific salary figure on the cited pages, and applicants should check the terms shown for their chosen role.
Dubai Airports says it never requests money transfers or payment during recruitment. Messages asking for payment, or sent from an address that does not end in @dubaiairports.ae, should be treated as fraudulent and reported to fraud@dubaiairports.ae.
A genuine application is free, so nobody should pay to be considered for a job.
