Hilton says it has more than 9,000 properties across over 141 countries and territories. In Dubai, its career paths include hotel work, corporate roles and opportunities for students and graduates.
Applications are handled through Hilton’s official careers website. The company advises job seekers to use this portal rather than relying on third-party recruiters.
Hotel And Corporate Career Paths
Hilton separates its opportunities into hotel, corporate and students-and-early-career paths. Dubai is also listed as one of its corporate office locations in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
The Dubai Area Office is in Internet City, near Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Corporate work and hotel-based work are therefore presented as different routes on the careers site.
Internships In Dubai
Hilton’s Dubai graduate internship programme lasts 12 months. Areas listed for the programme include Finance, Human Resources, Food and Beverage Marketing and Strategy, Engineering and Architecture, and Design and Construction.
Hotel internships can cover Front Office, Food and Beverage, Group Conference and Events, Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, Accounting, Kitchen and Housekeeping.
Hilton says hotel internship applications remain open throughout the year. Applications for the Dubai corporate graduate internship programme are listed as opening in Spring 2027.
Programmes And Benefits
Hilton lists Go Hilton travel discounts, paid time off and customized training among its programmes and benefits. It also lists career mobility, health benefits, mental-health resources and financial-wellness support.
Job seekers should read the official page for the role or programme they are considering. Old vacancy pages may remain online after a position closes. For example, Hilton’s pages for a Storekeeper at Hilton Dubai Palm and a Commis Chef in Al Barsha both state that those jobs are no longer available.
How To Apply Through Hilton
Use the official careers portal to search for a suitable hotel, corporate or early-career position. Open the individual job page and follow the application process shown there.
Applying through Hilton should be free. The company says it never requests money or charges application fees. Nobody should pay for a Hilton job, and suspected recruitment fraud can be reported to Hilton Global Information Security at ISC@hilton.com.
