Etihad is Abu Dhabi’s airline, based at Zayed International Airport. It is growing; its careers site talks about a 2030 plan to double the fleet. That means steady hiring, mostly for cabin crew, pilots, engineering and office roles.
Cabin Crew Requirements
This is what Etihad’s careers site lists for cabin crew:

What Etihad Offers Cabin Crew
Etihad states a tax-free salary (it does not publish the amount), travel benefits, a serviced home in Abu Dhabi, and a three-year contract that can be renewed. Training covers hospitality, safety, emergency procedures and security.
How Selection Works
You do not walk in. You fill in the online “Cabin Crew Worldwide” application. If Etihad shortlists you, you get an invitation to an assessment day in one of the cities it visits. The day has group tasks, an aptitude test, an English test and a final interview. Without an invitation you cannot attend.
Other Teams
Besides cabin crew, the site lists Corporate, Engineering And Operations, Pilots, and UAE Nationals. Corporate covers finance, IT, sales, airport services and similar office work, and each listing carries its own requirements.
