About the Role

Working in the telecommunications industry, you will provide end-to-end HR services for Ooredoo Group employees and contractors. The work covers payroll, benefits, HR administration, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding and employee-experience projects.

You will also coordinate HR activities with authorities, the Qatar Financial Centre, insurance providers, auditors, legal teams, finance and IT. Deliverables must follow the company’s financial and governance requirements while protecting employee and payroll information.

Key Duties

  • Respond to internal and external HR service inquiries and resolve requests.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and keep employee files up to date.
  • Coordinate health and life insurance renewals and answer related queries.
  • Review payroll changes and records, process payroll and prepare monthly reconciliation reports.
  • Review contractor timesheets, prepare payments and bonuses, and issue payslips.
  • Process approved benefits claims and payments, including education assistance.
  • Support annual bonus, salary increase and long-term incentive payment processing.
  • Support employees through the complete onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Help with HR data mapping, migration, user acceptance testing, process documentation, change-management support and issue tracking.
  • Guide employees and managers on HR policies, the code of conduct and employee-relations best practices.

Who Can Apply

  • You need a bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
  • A master’s degree, MBA or vocational or professional HR diploma is an advantage.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position is required.
