About the Role
You will serve as the resident investment practitioner within the Investment AI Platform and Product department. The position sits at the intersection of finance, investment technology and product development.
Your investment knowledge will help product and engineering teams understand practitioner needs, expected platform behaviour and difficult edge cases. The work also covers product development, client engagements, deployments and the review of analytical outputs.
Although the job carries Senior Manager status, it is structured as an individual-contributor position. Its focus is specialist investment judgement rather than a stated people-management responsibility.
Key Duties
- Define how platform modules support investment screening, diligence, data-room handling, investment committee materials and portfolio monitoring.
- Write and maintain investment committee memos, diligence questions, decision criteria, scoring frameworks and peer-benchmarking conventions.
- Resolve practitioner-level questions about product scope, behaviour and edge cases with product and engineering teams.
- Review AI-generated memos, summaries, comparable-company information, extracted metrics and monitoring insights for analytical soundness and source accuracy.
- Set quality standards and evaluation criteria for AI-generated investment analysis.
- Identify incorrect outputs involving covenants, valuation logic or peer matching, then drive those issues towards resolution.
- Lead investment-domain input during product demonstrations, discovery sessions and executive discussions with investors.
- Support client deployments, proposals, RFP responses, roadmap discussions and product configuration.
Who Can Apply
- You need a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or a comparable discipline, unless you have equivalent practical experience.

- You must have owned transactions from sourcing through diligence and investment committee review.
- Experience preparing and defending investment committee materials is required, including memo writing, valuation work and LBO analysis.
