What You Will Do At Maaden
Your work will cover facility-management projects from early requirements and design review through commissioning, handover and close-out. You will also coordinate technical, commercial, safety and contractor-related elements throughout delivery.
- Deliver FM capital, renovation, infrastructure and improvement projects within approved scope, budget, schedule, quality and HSE standards.
- Manage execution from requirements and design review through commissioning, handover and project close-out.
- Approve practical and maintainable civil and multidisciplinary engineering solutions.
- Validate technical submissions, inspections, testing, defects and handover records.
- Control budgets, claims, variations, schedule risks and corrective actions.
- Enforce Maaden HSE, permit-to-work, regulatory and building-code requirements.
- Drive contractor safety, quality, resourcing, delivery and contractual performance.
- Report progress, risks and actions clearly while standardising effective delivery practices.
