Job Role: Customer Service Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service agents in the cargo division.
- Ensure smooth cargo operations and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain high service standards for airlines, freight forwarders, and clients.
- Coordinate with ground handling, customs, and logistics teams.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with airport regulations.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic a plus)
- Strong customer relationship management experience
- Minimum 3 years of Agent y experience in aviation, cargo, or logistics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 airport environment
