Day-To-Day Responsibilities
Your work will combine resident assistance, guest service and coordination with other property departments. The responsibilities include:
- Provide professional hospitality to residents and hotel guests.
- Welcome, greet and register guests, respond to requests and obtain payment information.
- Resolve complaints and assist residents and hotel guests with their inquiries.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs and lease renewal activities with the Leasing Team.
- Direct lobby traffic, maintain communal areas and track items loaned to guests.
- Work with property departments to fulfil guest requests.
- Handle check-outs and cash management according to cashiering and credit policies.
- Manage packages, messages and mail, organise reports and support community engagement initiatives.
