About the Role

Key Duties
- Analyze complex mechanical issues, complete root-cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan, supervise and carry out preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance for rotating and static equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision during maintenance activities, overhauls, shutdowns and emergency repairs.
- Work with vendors and mechanical maintenance team members to resolve complex equipment problems.
- Develop, review and update mechanical maintenance procedures, work instructions and technical documents.
- Prepare and review maintenance reports, permit-to-work records and failure-analysis reports using CMMS and SAP systems.
- Identify critical spare parts, prepare technical specifications and tender strategies, assess vendor offers, and support inventory optimization.
- Participate in maintenance and shutdown planning, including work scopes, required resources and schedules.
- Promote safety and ensure mechanical work meets health, safety, quality and engineering requirements.
- Support improvement initiatives covering reliability, cost optimization, energy efficiency and best practices.
