About the Role
Based in the Information Technology department, the IT Specialist supports the technology infrastructure used by the hotel. The work covers both physical and virtual server environments, along with the hotel’s data, voice and Wi-Fi networks.
Your application support responsibilities extend across several areas of the hospitality operation. These include property management, sales and catering, central reservations, revenue management, reporting and customer relationship management systems.
The scope also covers software used for point-of-sale transactions, accounting, procurement, inventory, IP TV and human resources management. You will therefore work with both core infrastructure and a wide range of hotel business applications.

- Support the hotel’s physical and virtual server infrastructure.

- Support revenue management systems and the middleware interfaces connecting them.
