• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales leads and generating business for facilities management services.
• Min 2-1 years’ Experience in Facility Management and Building Maintenance in UAE.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers.
• Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals.
• Good knowledge in preparing quotation and estimation.
