This role involves supervising Emirates Official Stores across the UAE while maintaining brand standards, sales performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
🏬 Store Operations & Supervision

Supervise daily operations of Emirates Official Stores across the UAE
-
Ensure financial targets and brand standards are consistently met
-
Conduct regular store visits and operational audits
📦 Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor inventory levels and compliance with SOPs
-
Organise annual and flash stock-takes
-
Coordinate product deliveries with internal teams and partners
👥 Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop store sales teams

Create monthly staff rosters based on business needs

Maintain high customer service and visual merchandising standards
🎯 Reporting & Planning

Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports
