| Assistant Store Manager | 20 | Below 35 | Degree with 5-7 years of retail experience in supermarkets/hypermarkets, with at least 2 years as a section supervisor or above in GCC. |
| Store Buyer | 10 | 25-35 | Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years of local purchase experience in GCC retail (Hypermarkets). |
| Section Supervisor | 40 | 25-32 | Plus-two with 4-6 years of supermarket/hypermarket experience, with at least 2 years as a section supervisor in GCC. |
| Salesman | 300 | 21-30 | Plus-two with a minimum of 2 years of supermarket/hypermarket experience. |
| Housekeeping Supervisor | 5 | 25-32 | Plus-two with at least 2 years of experience as a housekeeping supervisor. |
| Fish Cutter | 20 | 21-35 | Plus-two with at least 2 years of supermarket/hypermarket experience, including 1 year as a fish cutter in GCC. |
| Butcher | 20 | 21-35 | Plus-two with at least 2 years of supermarket/hypermarket experience, including 1 year as a butcher in GCC. |
| Receiver | 10 | 25-30 | B.Com with 2-4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as a receiver in a hypermarket/supermarket. |
