Job Purpose : Aviation Refueling Operator Jobs in Dubai
The Aviation Refueling Operator is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate refuelling of aircraft while following Chevron Aviation Quality Control procedures. The role also includes quality checks and preventive maintenance of refuelling vehicles.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Preparation for Aircraft Fuelling

Check allocated flights through the Flight Handling System (FHS)

Verify flight details using Universal Flight Information System (UFIS)
-
Record hydrant line product density, temperature, and batch number
-
Inspect refuelling vehicle and quality control materials
2️⃣ Aircraft Fuelling Operations
-
Reach assigned aircraft within scheduled time
-
Operate vehicle following airport safety and security regulations
-
Position refuelling vehicle safely
-
Connect fuelling equipment as per Chevron Aviation Operating Manual
-
Verify fuel quantity with aircraft technician or pilot
-
Monitor fuelling process continuously
-
Perform visual fuel quality checks during and after fuelling
-
Complete delivery ticket through Car PC or manual process
-
Disconnect equipment safely and report completion to supervisor

3️⃣ Aircraft Refuelling Using Refueller

Check fuel availability in assigned refueller

Follow all safety procedures while driving and positioning refueller

Execute fuelling operations as per standard aviation procedures

Ensure all hoses and equipment are properly secured after fuelling
🎓 Required Qualifications

Higher Secondary education in any discipline with 2 years of aviation experience
OR -
4 years of experience in aviation operations

Proficiency in English (spoken & written)

Strong mathematical and calculation skills

Good IT knowledge

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Valid UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory)
