GluJob may use information from your member profile, such as your preferred job role, skills, qualifications, experience and preferred location, to suggest vacancies that may be relevant to you.
Job matches are provided as guidance only.
A match or recommendation does not guarantee that you meet every employer requirement or that an employer will select your application.
Always review the official employer vacancy details before applying.
CV and Cover Letter Tools
GluJob Plus may help members create, improve or tailor CVs and cover letters for specific job applications.
AI-assisted suggestions are intended to help users improve their application materials.
Users remain responsible for reviewing all generated content before using or submitting it.
GluJob does not intentionally create false qualifications, employment experience or certifications that the user has not provided.
Using a GluJob CV or cover letter does not guarantee an interview or employment.
Application Tracker
The Application Tracker helps users organize jobs they are preparing for or have already applied to.
Applications may be displayed with statuses such as:
Preparing
Applied
Assessment
Interview
Offer
Not Selected
These statuses are provided as an organizational tool.
The employer’s official career portal and direct employer communications remain the authoritative sources for the status of an application.
Optional Gmail Application Tracking
GluJob Plus includes an optional Gmail connection that can help detect supported recruitment updates for jobs already saved in your Application Tracker.
Connecting Gmail is completely optional.
A user must explicitly authorize their Google Account before Gmail tracking can begin.
What Gmail Access Is Used For
GluJob uses the Gmail metadata permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.metadata
This permission allows GluJob to access supported email metadata such as message headers, labels, sender, subject and date.
GluJob uses this information to identify supported recruitment-related updates that may correspond to applications already being tracked by the user.
For example, available metadata may help GluJob identify signals relating to:
• Assessment invitations
• Interview invitations
• Job offers
• Not-selected updates
What GluJob Does Not Read
GluJob’s Gmail Application Tracking does not use Gmail access to read email message bodies.
GluJob does not use this Gmail permission to read attachments.
GluJob does not use the connected Gmail account to automatically send emails.
GluJob does not submit job applications through a user’s Gmail account.
GluJob does not use Gmail data for advertising.
Privacy and User Control
Users remain in control of their Gmail connection.
Gmail can be disconnected from GluJob Plus through the Application Tracker privacy and control settings.
Users may also revoke GluJob access through their Google Account settings.

Automatic Application Alerts
When a supported recruitment update is detected, GluJob may update the relevant Application Tracker status and send an alert to the email address associated with the user’s GluJob account.
Automatic tracking cannot guarantee detection of every employer message.
Users should continue checking important employer emails and official recruitment portals.
Official Employer Applications
GluJob helps users discover vacancies and directs them to official employer application channels wherever available.
GluJob does not make hiring decisions.
Users normally submit their final applications directly through the employer’s official website, recruitment portal, official form or other authorized application channel.
GluJob does not charge users for employment placement and does not guarantee a job, interview or offer.
Paid Membership
GluJob Plus is an optional paid digital membership.
The current subscription price, billing period, included features and usage limits are displayed on the membership or checkout page before payment.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.
GluJob Plus membership fees are for digital career-support tools and services. They are not fees for jobs, interviews or employment placement.
Cancellation
Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled through the available account or payment options where supported.
Cancellation prevents future renewals according to the applicable subscription terms.

Your Privacy Matters
GluJob is designed to request only the information needed to provide its features.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not sold and is not used for advertising or unrelated profiling.
GluJob’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
