These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GluJob.com. By accessing the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
Nature of the service
GluJob is an independent job-information publisher. It is not a recruitment agency, employer, staffing company or application-processing service. Content is informational and does not create an employment, agency, advisory or contractual relationship with any employer.
Using vacancy information
You must verify vacancy details on the employer’s official careers website before applying. You are responsible for your eligibility, documents, communications and decisions. GluJob does not guarantee the accuracy, continuing availability or outcome of any vacancy.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use GluJob for fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment or unlawful activity;
- post CVs, passports, financial data, OTPs or another person’s personal information in comments;
- attempt to bypass security, overload the website, distribute malware or scrape the service in a manner that harms availability;
- misrepresent yourself as GluJob, an employer or an authorised recruiter;
- copy or republish substantial original GluJob content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Comments and user submissions
You remain responsible for material you submit. Comments may be moderated, edited for safety or clarity, rejected or removed. Do not publish confidential, defamatory, infringing, abusive, misleading or irrelevant content. Submission does not require GluJob to publish or retain it.
Intellectual property
Original GluJob text, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Employer names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Editorial identification of a company does not imply affiliation.
External services and advertising
GluJob may link to third-party websites or display advertising. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Sponsored content, when present, should be identified. Advertising does not constitute a job guarantee or endorsement of every advertiser claim.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or remove content or features without notice. Employers may change vacancies independently. We may revise these terms by publishing an updated date on this page.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GluJob disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on vacancy information or dealings with third parties. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
